COLab Yoga
This is a class for those with a basic understanding of the yoga postures and a functional ability. You can expect a practice of holding, building and refining poses, followed by a breath with movement flow. We close out every class with a cooldown and meditation. If you are unsure if this is the class for you, please reach out so we can talk about it!
30 min Guided Meditation
This is an ALL-LEVELS class designed for those needing a nourishing, invigorating charge-up with a desire to posture up for a successful week! Expect 10 to 15 minutes of seated movement for spinal reset and support, followed by rejuvenating, empowering meditation.
