Expectations
8 Virtual Sessions - Gain insight and clarity through guided meditations and breathwork, learn tools to better communicate with your somatic system (body, mind and soul), develop relationships through sharing and witnessing.
5 Day/4 Night Retreat in Mexico - Experience what it feels like to set your responsibilities down and be served. Experience deeper journeys in a space of safety held by trained trauma informed guides. Develop deeper connections through exploration and play and truly holding and being present with and for one another.

Includes Virtual Sessions, Food, Lodging and Guidance at the Retreat (Does not include travel to and from retreat in Mexico)
